Belgium Endive and Burrata - with prosciutto, drizzled in a sriracha aioli and a pesto sauce.

Arancin - rice balls stuffed with fresh mozzarella and red roasted pepper sauce.

Pork and Beef Meatballs - served in a San Marzano sauce – Sardinian style (Blue Zone).

Pork Osso Bucco - slow cooked in a bacon San Marzano tomato sauce (falls off the bone) served over risotto.
